Background

The Global Schools Program (GSP) is the flagship primary and secondary education program of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN). GSP’s mission is to transform learning and give students the values and skills to succeed in an increasingly complex and challenging world. GSP believes teachers are crucial in the learning process, and provides teachers with free tools, frameworks, and training to teach sustainable development in the classroom; improve student skills; introduce the use of new pedagogical approaches such as active-learning and student-centered teaching methods; and improve the overall quality of education.
